"Tapestry"

from $42.00

This painting is inspired by Mitchell Creek Meadows here in Traverse City, a favorite place near home for a stroll. I remember one warm day reflecting on how lovely the layers of trees, different types of grasses, plants and the creek were. It was all alive with color, movement and life. I feel the landscape itself gave me permission to play with color, to keep my brushwork loose and organic and to allow flowers to spring up in my painting where they wanted to be.

This is a Giclée fine art print, professionally printed in a local art reproduction studio with pigmented archival inks. You can choose from fine art paper or gallery wrapped canvas. The original was 24×30”. Shown here in a 24×30” canvas print. This one would scale up really well.

The fine art paper prints are certified archival, 300gm, 100% cotton fiber, acid and lignin free. Each print has a 3/4” white border to allow room for a signature and framing. The size listed is the final size. The image size is slightly smaller. (frame not included)

The canvas prints are created with a heavy cotton archival canvas that is hand stretched and coated with a UV protective satin varnish. (white oak frame available to add on)

Would you like to see some example print sizes? Click here.

Please note that the image may be cropped slightly to accommodate standard print sizes. Please allow 2-3 weeks for printing and shipping time.
